Still, be careful in comparing Hudson Valley girls hoops to Long Island (or even HV girls hoops to HV boys hoops). Long Island has had players make very high D-I programs in recent years, like North Babylon's Chanel Chisholm to Vandy this year. (Christine Huber, a junior at St. John the Baptist this year, is another example; she's considered a major D-I recruit.) Plus, when you're talking about players who make the team, you have to include Stallings and Dolson, who are Hudson Valley players. Really there are eight from LI, and four from HV. Only 2 girls from the lower HV make the team and 6 guys. Something still doesn't seem right here! Thanks for including us on the "burbs" team LI, LOL. Particularly on the guys squad, let's see who the statistical leaders are after the game. Josh, are alot of the HV kids not trying out. I know you wrote some of them missed tryouts above but c'mon.
