6:57 p.m. – The Pearl River team just received the gold ball and had a very spirited celebration. Here’s the all-tournament team:

Ellen Woolgar (Pearl River), Taylor Wilson (Pearl River), Kara Tancredi (Beacon), Jasmine Gibson (Spring Valley), and Brianna Melilli (Beacon).

Sophomore Kelly Mulligan of Pearl River was named the tournamen’s MVP.

Class AA final: No. 1 Mount Vernon vs. No. 10 White Plains

3:53 p.m. – More stats from this stunning upset. Mount Vernon was previously 19-0 against Section 1 opponents this season, including two relatively easy wins over this same White Plains team.

Class AA girls semifinal: No. 10 White Plains vs. No. 6 North Rockland

10:05 p.m. – Here are some final stats from the game that just ended:

Angelei Aguirre had a game-high 18 points. Teammate Donika Rexhephi had 17 points.

Katie Daly led North Rockland with seven points. The Red Raiders shot just 12 of 52 from the field as a team.

Kwinnyata Mercer had a game-high 23 points, seven rebounds and four assists.
